JAIM (Jeunes d'Ailleurs d'Ici et du Monde) is a youth association that I set up with friends to try and make the voice of young people in rural areas heard in France and Europe.
This has enabled me to develop a number of cross-disciplinary skills, such as teamwork, conflict management and working in stressful conditions. I also had the chance to travel a lot with JAIM to participate in multiple international training on negociation, nature as a tool of work or project management.
Today, I'm involved in 3 different associations and the coordinator of a European project that I largely wrote. And I'm convinced of the benefits of this commitment.
